Importal - Ben 10

Yes, another Ben 10 alien. This one's Importal. He can teleport, he has a suspended wormhole inbetween his horns, cuz they're made of anti-matter, or sumthing. He can conscoiusly choose where the other end of the worm hole appears, although the farther he ports the less accurate his aim is. He doesn't have any long range but with his teleportation and speed it doesn't really matter. oh made the background from scatch but the border is from the alien force wallpapers
